Return and Exchange Policy:

Our policy does not permit refunds, returns, or exchanges for any decals, as they are exclusively custom-made for each customer. Once the design and printing process is completed, ownership of the decals is transferred to you. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact MXISLAND at support@mxisland.com and make sure to include your order number in your email. Please be aware that all returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of your invoice. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason beyond this 30-day period. Additionally, please note that no returns will be accepted for Custom, Semi Custom, MX Background, or Rider ID Decals.
